Mixbus's new and updated GUI answers users' requests for a single-window interface, and it allows the transport controls to appear above the mixer. Which is sort of cool too.Harrison has announced the upcoming version 4.0 release of Mixbus, featuring Harrison's latest-generation "True Analog Mixing" engine, which has been updated with new features including a stereo width knob on the console mix-buses. I guess that they are allowing you to fine tune ranges within a track. And this automation too would be in conjunction with the track automation. it defaults to no volume/range automation being displayed. This volume/range automation line just comes up automatically on M32C but on Mixbus you have to make it happen e.g. It is interesting how M32C and Mixbus 4 behave slightly differently with this though. Sorry James if this is old news and you have already sorted it. But I bet M32C V4 will be great though when it comes out. Just out of interest I have found M32C is a little more unstable compared to Mixbus 4 as well. increase or lower the level of the green line e.g.

And you can get the draw tool and do the same thing e.g. (no green line) You can get that green line though by selecting the range tool and then it pops up. Mixbus 4 behaves slightly different to this. If you press the hand tool with the finger that line goes away as well as Bob has also mentioned. Studio One has something similar except it is buried in the automation pages where it sort of belongs. the Draw tool you can lower the volume of the line above over the range you have selected. If you swipe a range for example (with the Range tool) then press D e.g. The mono file comes in as per normal except this green line represents the level of the track. It is NOT the other channel of a supposed stereo track. And yes I am seeing what you are seeing now James. I have just got M32C now so I was able to do this test. the thing is even if i do them one at a time I'm only looking at an hour. I really never exceed 40 tracks most of the time it's a little over half that. , then bounce in place if I need Mono exported. FWIW this is another reason why I always freeze. Create another folder for your exports, solo your tracks one at a time, and export that track only after you have made sure your SONAR export dialog is reading what you want. If it 40 its 40 and I check each and every one of them before I ever export another one. I didn t want mono for most of my tracks because I had a ton of panning effects going on I never do more than one track at a time exports, I don't care how many tracks I have to export. I remember one time busting my a$$ for hours and then when I went to export SONAR had remembered my last setting and I wound up exporting my whole tune as Mono. I suspect that something went wonky in your sonar export dialog box Taking it back another step, I have had some Odd things go on when I export stems out of SONAR. right click each one and look at the property's I suspect that once you look under details you may find your answer My just imported Mono files come in at 1058kbps, my stereo files come in at 2822 kbps. Take a step back and find your exported SONAR files in explorer. Before you keep banging your head up against the wall trying to figure out whats going on in Mixbus do your self a favor. that's how it was for my 5 min song Your file clocks in at 98+ meg my Left and Right Mono's clocked in at 48 Meg + for each side. A Mono 48 24 export of your stem would be half that size. once I panned hard right and hard left the tune sounded exactly as it did in SONAR Judging by the size of your files at the bit rate you exported them, they look more like stereo files to me. I imported both sides of my split stereo mono files into Mixbus and they came in as Mono. I did my export as stereo split mono ,I thought that might of been your problem.
#MIXBUS V4 PLUS#
I just exported a 5 min plus 24 bit stereo file of a song. Trying to figure out what is going on for you.
